
Madhuri dixit was an Indian actress who is known for her role in the movies 'Beta' 'Saajan' and 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun . Her career began in the 1980s. Her fame was boosted by her role as a supporting actor in the film Tezaab. Then, she appeared in the film 'Dil' which she starred with Aamir Khan. She was born in a Mumbai middle-class family and began dancing from a young age. She tried her hand at acting as a teenager but it wasn't easy. Most of her first films failed. She was eventually successful and became one of the most renowned actresses in Indian cinema. After her marriage, she took a break but returned to the entertainment business. Recently, she had an important part in the film "Gulaab Gang', which was about the struggles of women in India. Dixit was nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she took home eight. In addition, she was awarded the Padma Shri (the fourth highest civilian award in India). Her social work is also an important aspect.
